In this 1:1 session, we take the time to truly understand you - your health goals, current symptoms, medical history, and the intricate details of your lifestyle, environment, and diet. By exploring the full picture of your well-being, we uncover the root cause of imbalance and create a personalised roadmap to restore harmony and vitality. This is where your healing begins.

Elsea aims to educate you and deepen your connection to self, initiating changes that create a rich life, one well lived. Elsea encourages small and manageable changes to inspire true health and expand your energetic presence through the senses and environment. Recommendations are individual, intended to support healing whilst practicing balance.
Elsea incorporates and prioritises functional pathology to achieve optimal results by avoiding guesswork and gaining deep understanding of your current presentation. Functional testing is dependant on your needs, Lucy may suggest vaginal microbiome, gut microbiome, urine analysis, blood pathology or salivary hormone testing. Lucy is trained in interpreting results and specialised to tailor treatment based on results. Please note functional testing is an additional charge.
